Attendance
Record your working time, submit your week and ask HR to correct an attendance record.
The entry form follows the attendance settings assigned by HR. You may see daily attendance, weekly hours or another attendance method.
Choose the week you want to update
- Use Previous week, Next week or the week picker above the entry area. Current week takes you back to this week.
- Check the dates before entering hours. Save your draft before changing weeks or refreshing attendance settings.
- The week status shows whether it is a draft, submitted, recorded or needs a correction. HR settings determine which earlier or future dates can be entered.
Enter and check weekly hours
- Enter the hours you worked in each day’s box. Expected hours come from your assigned calendar and shift.
- Fill standard hours fills the expected working hours for the selected week. Check and adjust them to match the time you actually worked before saving.
- Add a work summary in Weekly notes. Notes may be required by your attendance settings.
- Week total shows entered hours, Expected shows scheduled hours and Variance shows the difference. A difference is not automatically an absence deduction.
- Warnings beside the entry area identify missing hours or work entered on a holiday or day off. Review these before submitting.
Save a draft or submit your week
- Save draft keeps your hours so you can return and finish later.
- Submit week sends the week to HR for review. Wait for the status to update before leaving the page.
- Submitted hours are locked for editing. Withdraw, when available, removes the week from review and keeps its recorded hours. Withdrawn weeks are closed for editing; contact HR if you need to submit a replacement.
- Needs Correction means HR has requested an update. Read the correction note, amend your entries and use Resubmit week.
- Recorded means HR has recorded the timesheet. It does not mean your salary has been paid.
- Expand Review progress to see the status steps. If an error appears, read the message and try again; an error is not a successful submission.
Record daily attendance
- If your attendance method includes the daily form, choose the attendance date, check-in and check-out times, and the appropriate status.
- Add work notes or an explanation, then use Save attendance below the notes.
- The Today schedule summary describes today, even if you select another date in the form.
- A holiday or day-off warning means HR may need to review work recorded for a normally non-working day.
Find past records and request a correction
- Expand Attendance history below the entry area to view recorded dates, statuses and check-in/check-out times.
- Use Request attendance correction beside the history heading for missing or incorrect attendance. Enter the date and explain what needs changing.
- Follow the request and any questions from HR under My Requests. Sending a request does not immediately replace the original attendance record.
- Weekly timesheet status and daily attendance history are separate views. A submitted week may still be waiting for HR review.
Understand your schedule and attendance rules
- Expand Schedule and attendance rules to see the calendar, shift, holidays, days off and allowed entry dates.
- Organization default means a shared company schedule is being used.
- Refresh attendance settings reloads the rules assigned by HR. Save your draft first.
- Your attendance method and schedule cannot be changed here. Contact HR if they appear incorrect.
- Project and client allocations, device punches and other specialist options depend on what your organization has enabled. Do not assume an on-screen entry is saved until its save or submission succeeds.
