Account Mapping

Choose the accounts used for payroll earnings and deductions.

Using this page

  • Review the salary components and the accounts currently assigned to them.
  • Choose the appropriate accounts and save the mapping.
  • Return to Posting Preview to check that missing-account warnings have been resolved.

Good to know

Ask your finance team which accounts to use if you are unsure. An incorrect account can put payroll amounts in the wrong place in your accounts.
